Role overview:
Provide therapy services for individuals, couples, and families in a compassionate, structured, and evidence-informed environment.
You will help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief, relationship stress, and emotional regulation —
with care that respects dignity and confidentiality.
Key responsibilities:
• Conduct intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide individual and/or family therapy sessions (in-person and/or telehealth)
• Maintain accurate documentation aligned with clinical standards
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers when medication support is needed
• Support crisis prevention, safety planning, and continuity of care
Requirements:
• Active state license (or license-eligible with supervision plan)
• Strong communication + empathy + professional boundaries
• Experience with trauma-informed care is a plus
• Ability to work with diverse cultures, backgrounds, and family systems
